Join us for our annual voyage through the spectacular Sea of Cortez. Traveling from San Felipe to the Midriff Islands aboard the Tony Reyes, we'll stop each day to explore a different island in this fascinating chain. This is a unique opportunity to discover the abundant marine wildlife and experience the majestic beauty of the uninhabited islands off the rugged east coast of Baja California. Six 22' skiffs will take us ashore for beachcombing, snorkeling or hiking, or offshore for fishing and watching whales, dolphins, sea lions, turtles and the thousands of birds which abound in the Sea of Cortez--truly a nature lover's paradise!

at Camp Stevens
We will cover the basics of organic gardening during this weekend. Learn how to tend to your garden from seed to harvest. Propagating plants from seeds and cuttings is one of the most satisfying of the horticultural arts and spring is the time to do it.
Join us for a wonderful spring weekend in the mountains at Camp Stevens! The camp is on a beautiful site with 256 acres of woods, meadows, and ponds about 2 miles east of Julian in San Diego County. Relax, enjoy the fellowship of old and new friends, swim, hike, explore Julian, and gaze at the stars. Join in sports and games, express yourself through arts and crafts, worship, dance, sing and celebrate.
Inspiration, renewal, fellowship and adventure surrounded by some of the most breathtakingly beautiful scenery in the world - these trips are designed to provide maximum enjoyment with minimum discomfort for beginning or experienced backpackers.
Camp Stevens' annual fall Baja Trek will return to a remote campsite on the Sea of Cortez, near Bahia de Los Angeles (about 400 miles south of the border). In this wilderness setting there are opportunities for fishing, kayaking, swimming, snorkeling and exploring the shore and inland desert. There is also plenty of opportunity for rest, relaxation and contemplation.
Although fall gardening presents interesting challenges from pests and hot weather planting, the rewards outweigh the horticultural struggle. Learn how to extend your growing season. We will also focus on enjoying the bounty of the garden's harvest, spending time learning to cook what we grow and preserve it for later use.
